Arum makes some stupid and greedy decisions, but you have to remember that the reason that he's in the position he is because he's exceedingly good what he does as well. Sure, no one wants Mosley to fight Pacquiao, but if the majority of people were in Arum's situation their problems wouldn't be centred around who to match up with whom. Their problem would be that they have no idea what to do as the CEO of a company. Arum is a fantastic CEO, and Top Rank is highly sucessful -- I think for that I can forgive the fact that he makes some duff decisions occasionaly.
