Thanks to those of you who mentioned my book CORNER MEN: Great Boxing Trainers. I'm glad I wrote it when I did (1991) because many--if not most--of the men who told me their stories are gone now: Eddie Futch, Ray Arcel, Angelo Dundee. Great boxing men. If you liked that book, please consider reading my boxing novel: MY FATHER'S FIGHTER. It makes use of many of the minor characters I met along the way--and presents a darker view of the boxing world.
