Duran's bio: 'Hands of Stone-the life and times of Roberto Duran'. Great book, don't remember author though.
Sorcery at Caesars by Steve Marantz, he talked about his book on the most recent edition of On The Grind Radio. Click on This content is protected to hear it.
Will definitely read the Duran book - that just went on my Christmas list. Thanks White Collar boxing is about a banker in NYC who takes up amatuer boxing and does pretty well
Anyone know if there are any bios of Sonny Liston? I've been fascinated with his story for a while and would love to read a proper biography.
"Pound for Pound" - Sugar Ray Robinson I own the Tunney, Louis-Schmeling, Duran and Sugar Ray books. I like the Tunney book the best. Louis-Schmeling was a close second.
A personal favorite of mine that I feel should be mentioned for his 20 year fight with the law... "The Sixteenth Round" - Rubin "The Hurricane" Carter
