    I hate MMA and the only full match I've ever watched was McGregor-Diaz I... but I came across this KO clip and the diving punch after a KD is sickening. How do people even survive this?!

    Specifically Greatest KO #4 @ 5:53... (how does his entire face remain intact?)

    It was a highly controversial move that was seen as unnecessary by many at the time and Henderson was widely criticized for it. He is known for delivering that extra punch after he already KOs his opponents.

    I think soccer kicks and stomps that were allowed in Japan in Pride were the most brutal at least visually, that's why they're banned in the UFC.

    Ground and pound in general looks pretty brutal in MMA, at least by some fighters.

    The worst for me was Liddell against Ortiz, that was proper savage.
