I've been doing training for around 5-6 weeks now i guess, 3 times a week not missed one session, I've improved my diet don't hardly eat any junk food, I'm not seeing much improvements in my body, I ain't drinked water since last night before i did training, and i'm down from 14 stone from my normal weight to 13.4 :yikes

Should i start drinking less water or something? as i seem to be using water rather then actual fat?

Not drinking enough water can be dangerous. Make sure you drink pleanty throughout the after a workout, as you'll lose a lot. DEFINATLY DO NOT DRINK LESS.

As a general rule you don't want your **** to be too dark a colour.

I'm sure others here will give you better advice, but losing weight takes time and effort and there are no shortcuts. Get in some cario work such as running/cycling/swimming to supplement your gym sessions. Check out the nutrition thread at the top of this page and think about the types of foods you want/need to eat to achieve your goals.

    Scary isn't it.

However, a lot of people know so little about nutrition that and what your body needs to perform.

I've found this forum great for helping me understand the basics of a good diet. Natural foods, fruit and veg, fish etc.

    Lots of Water

    Porridge for breakfast

    Beans for Carbs

    Egg's for protein (not fried)

    Throw in some fruit...

6 small meals a day and your sorted.

Sir, I commend you for training hard and seeking advice, but I've gotta ask: with your apparent understanding of nutrition how are you even still alive?

Flows, how old are you? I hope you're not over the age of 13 asking a question like this.

You've lost alot of weight from all the water that is usually in you that you have sweat out through training. When you eat and drink your body will absorb the water again and you will quickly get back to your normal weight.

You shouldn't be getting that dehydrated though because you should be constantly drinking water throughout the day, especially before, during and after your training sessions.

You wont last in the gym if you don't keep hydrated .
Eat proper ,train like f**k and after a while there will
    be no excess to lose

Drink plenty of water, just don't go over board with it. If you've ever heard of hyponatremia, it isn't pretty. It's from drinking too much water.

To do that you need to be drinking constantly, it's so difficult to make that happen and it's never going to happen by accident so why even mention it?

Because it happened to me. My doctors told me to keep drinking, so I did and that's what I ended up with for years before it was diagnosed. It really messed me up. Don't be so naive.:good
