Boxing collections

Just wondered how my boxing collection compared to others.......

I'm sure there are some on here with absolutely huge collections. Thought it might be interesting to compare:think

I currently have just over 4000 fights on DVD, nearly 700 documentaries and 80+ films; this has taken me about 20 years to compile.

I also have just about every Boxing Monthly and Boxing News from that time, and about 200 books.

What about the rest of you?!:good

 

Well, for the obvious such as Rocky, through to films such as The Champ (both versions), The Great White Hope, The Great White Hype, and on to modern ones such as The Fighter, Million Dollar Baby etc

Basically any films that feature boxing as the main theme!

 

I have them all on Hard Drives as well

Had most of them on VHS up to about 18 months a go, took me a year to transfer them across!

 

Typical, first fight mentioned and I don't have it! Actually quite surprised because I've just looked and don't have any Harry Greb! HAve to rectify this me thinks......atsch

I'm not in a position to that I'm afraid, only interested to know what else everyone else had........:huh

I don't have any fights for any of those fighters! (Not a good start this)

My collection is mainly built up of whatever has been broadcast in this country ie Sky, ITV, BBC, Eurosport etc.

I'm going to show my ignorance here mate, I've never even heard of these fighters!

That was going to be my next thread actually.........
