Fans don't seem to respect fighters that ignore their own managements and legendary father(in this case) and take on the serious fights. They prefer to celebrate fighters that devour one tomato can after another like Golovkin.

But you're a big fan of Sergio Martinez. And you rooted for Andy lee against Peter Quillin, both of whom fights nothing like "Eastern European Style" (Whatever the hell that means)

Those two examples alone annuals your whole argument of hanging on the nut-sac if these Eastern Europeans fighters because of their style.

In fact it could be argued that Miguel Cotto, and Peter Quillin style of fighting fits into the style of fighting you claim to like, yet I've seen you take shot at both, especially Cotto.

    Dude you ain't fooling anyone.

I don't disrespect him as a fighter TBH. I would like Julio a lot if he did exactly what he was doing except for being one of the biggest *****s / douche bags. HIs interview after fonfara was a DISGRACE. His crying to the ref during the fonfara fight was also a disgrace, no sportsmanship. If he had showed some class during fights I would be a huge fan.

I always found it weird how people bag on Chavez Jr. for two seemingly contradictory things- that he is '"soft" and that he is "talentless".

He must be either tough or talented, otherwise he wouldn't be where he is today, even if that just means fringe-contender-at-best status. It appears to me that he makes up for a deficiency in talent by having a knack for moving forward, absorbing punishment and wearing his slicker opponents down. Certainly not a soft fighter, and given his pampered upbringing he surely could be.

Secondly, I find it funny how people used to say that he was "fat" or "lazy" but also "huge at the weight" (at MW or below). How does that make sense? The implication seemed to be that he was a naturally huge guy for MW, so doesn't the fact that he managed to make weight tend to suggest that he was dedicating a lot of effort to making it?

Finally, I find the criticism of him for draining to be weird because everyone does it. If JCCJ has some weird metabolism that allowed him to dehydrate from 185 to 158 then I guess that's good for him. Why wouldn't he take advantage of it?

The only reason a kid with a wealthy and famous father would fight is because he lacks the brains for anything else. He was a blown up MW generally picking on smaller guys with the judges in his pocket for most of his fights.

The guy has proven that he is a legit fighter, he has heart, he just isn't very good. He doesn't win unless he has a 15 lb. weight advantage.

Who said I only like the "EE" style, who said I only liked EE fighters.... I've done around 400 profile threads and the fact that you choose to ignore the 300 I've done on non EE fighters many of whom are Black, says more about you than it does me. It says you're looking to be offended when there is nothing to be offended by. You spend the majority of your time on here hyping Black American fighters and I spend the majority of my time hyping, White, Black, Eastern European, European, Argentine, Mexican, Japanese, Thai etc. fighters, so you tell me who has the bigoted myopic views.:think

    :rofl

Maybe he just doesn't like hypejobs promoted by scumbag promoters such as Al Haymon (Quillen) and Rocnation (Cotto)?

Also doesn't matter pretty soon Haymon will be out of the game... Who will you try to live through vicariously next? You must really be a great guy if the person you worship/live through vicariously is a slimy boxing promoter who violates the MUHAMMAD ALI ACT. :deal
