Pacquiao claimed to have injured his shoulder in round 4 of a 2015 bout. When questioned, he claimed it was a re-aggravating of a jet ski injury he got in 2008. And I'm not making that up.

So, the conspiracy theory would be that Pacquiao legitimately injured his shoulder, with no previous knowledge of the injury, but then somehow later claiming it a 2008 jet ski injury, in round 4 of a 2015 bout.
