Boxing Dvds- good sites to buy from?

If you have a DVD recorder set up to your smart TV you can record Boxing Matches off of YouTube.

 

My brother got me a console for Christmas that plays vinyl, CDs, radio and Bluetooth.

There’s a novelties store here that has comic books, CDs, DVDs and vinyl, used stuff. Nice treasure trove of vinyl. I’ve only managed to get over there once but figure to collect about a dozen or two records for it, more obscure stuff that I like.

First buy: Todd Rundgren’s ‘Faithful.’ One side is ‘faithful’ recreations of Beach Boys, Beatles, etc., where Todd went to the original studio, got the production notes and recreated the songs note for note with, IIRC, him playing every instrument and also his own vocals. For the most part you wouldn’t know the difference. Just Rundgren showing off his genius. The other side is originals. I’ve loved this album for years and was happy to find it on my first excursion to find vinyl.

 

Richard Poche runs a good store. Except, if you want a pre-1960 collection, it's best to email him about the length of the particular fights you're after. Pre-1960 fights are often just highlights, condensed rounds, missing rounds, or brief clips and are not specified. Fightscollections also has a good selection, but their site's been funky for the past year or so.
