Tua never did anything that would make me think he could beat either Klitschko. Especially Vitali. Would be a nightmare with Vitali's height, lean back style and Iron Chin. Don't think Tua would land a meaningful punch in 50 rounds of fighting.

Agreed. It isn't like he said Ali. This is Tua we're talking about.

Dan has his face stuffed with Bull nuts, but it depends on the timing.

Today, fighting today's Tua would end in Tua's defeat.

Prime Tua, the one that faced Ike Ibeabuchi and the same they tangled up in legal troubles in the court would have mangled both klit girls.

Ike's jab was much better than either Klits and Tua took a few to get inside and work. Ike could stand up to Tua's work, but neither Klit girl could have.

What was Tua's clinch game like? He looks like a pretty strong guy. One would imagine anyone with the strength and\or technique to free their hands up to land a power punch would have a chance against Wlad.
I don't like the hate\under-rating the Klits get but Wlad definitely doesn't deal well with pressure and can be put in major trouble with one punch.

That was all true about Tua but he was still better than the useless Sam Peter, so what does that make Wlad who came within a fanny hairs lenght of a KO loss?

The facts add up. Saying Tua has no chance against Wlad is the same as questioning weather a hammer fell on the ground if it dropped from one's hand.
    Don't argue against logic son.

Tua would need a trampoline to get anywhere near Wlad's or Vitali's chin

If a stocky, thickly muscled, and often lead-footed guy like Pascal can master the leaping hook...

If Wlad was conditioned fine, I'm pretty sure any version beats "prime" Tua no problem.... Guys with a lot shakier chins than Wlad(Rahman, Maskaev) Were able to both outbox Tua over long stretches... Rahman should be 2-0 against Tua, Maskaev gave a good account of himself but I think that fight was a bit too early in his career. I like the Oleg of the late 90s-early 2000s against Tua... Could definitely win if his chin held up.

Using that logic Audley Harrison should be champion then.

Tua for all his power could be befuddled by a little movement and a jab. If Wooden and Izon could out box him for such long periods then so could the Klitschko's.

Vitali would have easily out pointed him, too busy, too durable to be KO'ed with one good shot.

Wlad would very likely do the same though he may have a few rough moments. Tua simply wasn't busy enough to make him gas and would spend too much time in front of Wlad being picked off from range. He'd have a punchers chance but I doubt such a disciplined and focused fighter like Wlad would get caught.

Tua was a very good but flawed fighter. He would have picked up a title in this era but would not have overcome the Klitschko's.
