    rigo reminds me floyd. great boxers, no balls. rafael retweeted me the other day saying i wasn't going to click on any more of his articles as long as floyd was pimping him out. it made the espn feed. they had made him boxer of the year. too funny.

    Dan, like most of those on ESB have never been in a boxing ring in their lives and their only hope in boxing is as spectators and haters. The only place Dan could hope to compete in boxing is in Israel.

    Wrong...Running will only hurt him at this point

    The proper thing is to keep his same number as meals and lifestyle. Replace it with exact weight of fruit/herb fiber and caffeinated sugar free liquids equal to the same liquid intake he been accustomed too...
