Boxing Fans, can you admit MMA has some better things about it?

    I respect the difficulty of the sport, especially grappling, but I simply don't find it entertaining to watch. Simple as.

    I'm not an MMA fan, but I do have respect for the sport (though their fans are often ****ing nobheads). I prefer the way MMA does things. Their weight classes are well defined, and they should apply to boxing as well. They also only have one champion per weight division, which is what boxing needs. I'm so sick of calling some guy a so-called "champion" when there are 3 other ****ing "champions" is his own bloody division.

    And I too would like the gloves to be smaller. This would encourage more of the old-school techniques to come back, such as parrying, bobbing and weaving, etc. And like other people have said, it would stop people from using the gloves as some kind of shield. To me, that's just silly, and kills the art of boxing. I know boxing is a sport, but making it TOO sport-like sort of ruins it a bit.
