Boxing gym timers,where can I get them from?

    As this is a boxing website and a lot of people on hear seem to act like or think they are experts in boxing I thought you might come up with a better answer than "google"!

    Tried sugarrays,done the job thanks.

    there are files you can download, ranging from two to 5 minute rounds, with 30 secs or 60 secs rest and an intermittent beeper going every 30 secs

    That website Lamon Brewster mentioned on Bunce's show sounded a good idea for situations like this, fightingconnection.com if I remember rightly, goes live next month :good

    i got 1 from sugarrays. its great. you can programme all kinds of lengths and rests. it was about 150 quid

    Nice to see last few posts trying to help the guy, that website that Brewster's set up sounds like a great idea. Good luck to him.
