    because they are used for proper weight training, dumbells and machines etc are a waste of time unless ur a body builder

    yes, i have, that doesnt mean i cant try to do something about it and train like i used to, thats part of my depression

    This might sound like a daft question, but why don't you try to find a gym that specialises in weighlifting, a radical idea but it might work.

    not really, spose i still young and ok looking, thats about it, but thats only going to get worse as i age, but thats superficial anyway

    dont be a ****, proper olympic weightlifting is beginning to get used by elite athletes in every sport, but below that and especially in the uk everyone still thinks weights means dumbells n ****
