First up, apologies for my ignorance... but are there any big gyms in or around the Edinburgh area of Scotland? I'm up here for the next 3 weeks at the Fringe festival and wouldn't mind going and visiting a gym to see some training. Are there any top fighters or emerging fighters or trainers around Edinburgh? If so I could maybe pop along one day and even do a quick interview for boxrec news. Cheers, Dave.

Scottish dudes cant fight? Thats bull**** name me a dutch boxing champion who fought against Duran like buchanan or any dutch fighter on Jim Watts level. In fact what Dutchman has held a world title anytime recently. There are a few gyms in edinburgh mate I think Alex arthur and paul appelby train at lochend bxing club which u can find the address by typing it in to google, There are other gyms in town but dont know what fighters are training there

i think holyrood would be the best option for interviews as the trainer has a more interesting life than the others,although the edinburgh boxing academy is run by sean heron also a former pro
