problem is boxers tend to fight with lack of intensity. they tend to justify and equate it with "skills". Just because they can throw jabs and hop around with some fancy footwork, they think its already okay. what they completely forgot about is the part where they need to FIGHT.

Chad dawson came to the ring with a simple mindset--he will BOX. he will throw his jab, run circles, keep pascal at bay enough to last 12 rounds for a wide UD. But Pascal didn't come for that. Pascal intends to FIGHT and no fancy boxing "skills" thrown by a lethargic Zombie who didn't know how to FIGHT could stop him.

ward and dirrell certainly came to fight in their last fight. if their is any fighter you cannot accuse of trying to look cool it is andre ward. his style is uglier than david tua's face.

From the weigh-in stare down I wasn't sure if Chad looked like he was ready to do what it took to get that boy out of there. I guess now we know.

Yep. He also helped Wlad perfect his safety first style.

Boxing doesn't have a problem. The only problem that is associated with Boxing are some of the so-called Boxing "fans" on here.

    Boxing has many problems

    Questionable judges
    Questionable referees
    hometown decisions
    too many belts
    too many protected fighters
    Mayweather v Pacquiao

the list goes on, no wonder the UFC is growing in popularity.....
