at least pac has a challenging opponent in clottey. floyd has campbell :patsch. pac still makes take risk while floyd contiues to protect his "0" and ducking the elite of the welterweights. not that i'm pinning the blame solely on floyd for not making this fight, but if he is not such a prima donna with all this excessive demands, we could have seen this fight this march.

I agree. Both boxer's really at fault but no, Pac is not a juicer until proven otherwise and the burden of proof is not on Pac. We need to keep our sanity over this brouhaha.

I think Campbell is a better fighter than Clottey but just like JMM, he is too small for the The Great Duck.

Yeah, F**k Pac more for rejecting discrimination and for refusing to be bullied by GBP and Mayweathers.

You know what? I don't often agree with you, but let me jump on the bandwagon. The two fighters in question shall remain nameless in my posts
until such time as they fight one another. Imo, they have disrespected the sport and all of us that make them rich and famous by failing to work it the **** out. **** em both.

I have to agree with you on this one. They both are to blame because both were in a position to concede and make the fight happen and they both stuck to their guns. Damn everyone and the mother wanted to see this fight.

I wont shun them and I will watch Pacman vs Clottey.

However I think Clottey is smart matchmaking on team Pacquaio's part. Clottey is tailor made for Pacman I think but we will have to wait and see.

I agree with this 100%. All it would have taken is for EITHER guy to have set aside their pride, or BOTH guys compromising.

But at the end of the day their egos got in the way of common sense. And the crazy thing is it didn't stop at just killing the fight. Now these two morons, and their camps are screwing the fans DOUBLY by putting on head-to-head PPV cards!! Of course that is also going to cut into both fighters respective PPV buys, thus hurting them financially again.

Are these guys really that stupid?? Is there any other business in the world that is run as ******edly as professional boxing?? At least when it was about greed it made more sense.

I'm certainly feeling a bit disillusioned over all of this if the fight actually does fall through. Nothing else comes even remotely close to how big this could have been. Nothing at all.

Agreed, neither of those fights interest me. Clottey has flattered to decieve and thrown away too many fights now...he's the 'bridesmaid' of boxing and there is no reason to suspect he is going to turn around that form against Pacman.

Campbell..well..he didn't look good against Bradley and up at welter he'd be even worse I imagine when confronted with the speed of Mayweather.

They either need to fight each other or Mosley/Berto to get me excited.
