Hopkins at his best, A+. Floyd is an A but he's not as adaptable as people think .He does the same thing usually every fight, it's just that his opponents usually can't adapt to his speed or defensive style.
Marquez did adopt very well against Pac, in their first fight. After the embarrassing first round, he did a great job of adapting to avoid the left. the fight in which JMM showed his ring intelligence was against the crafty Casamayor, that was like a chess match! Against Mayweather he couldn't do much but survive. Marquez will take a shot from his opponent to get his combo in, but against Mayweather who had the size advantage, he couldn't even do that. Floyds jab was like a power puch. Marquez just isn't effective above 135, IMHO.
I'd agree with this. After he broke his hands he had to change his fundamental style and was still able to make more adjustments in fights.
I think Barrera is better than DLH and Cotto. While Barrera's win over Hamed wasnt as wide as some make it out to be it does show how well composed he was and executed his plan perfectly
I can agree with that, Pac is a naturaly gifted fighter that relies on his phisical attributes rather than ring smarts.
There we go. I was wondering why i wasnt seeing Martinez listed. He makes adjustments round per round. His corner is also very good at telling him what to do.
