I started watching occasionally (we had no tv) around the time Cassius Clay became Ali.

At first just HWs, but I saw one of the Duran/ DeJesus bouts a few years later in a richer relative's house (they had tv) and I broadened my ken. Throughout the 70's, I was still mainly watching Ali, Frazier, Foreman, etc but got into other weights as the decade closed, especially SRL, Hearns, Duran and Hagler.

Nowadays, I follow nearly all of the divisions above feather-weight.

My main interest has always been whatever the current era has been.

If I had to pick a division and era from earlier, it would be the 70's HWs.

The mid 60's and the entire decade of the 70's. The 70's had the biggest and the best lineup of great champions ever, IMO.

In terms of divisions, bantam, junior welter and middle were the best to me.

Heavyweight, honestly, because I feel a part of it.

Beyond that, everything from 135 through 200 lbs fascinated me, back to about 1900, where my knowledge of just about everything drops completely off.
