    Back in the day there were many huge fights that took place in Monaco. Like Saudi Arabia nowadays.

    Monzon-Valdes 1 and 2 and Benitez-Moore come to mind. Oddly. Muhammad Ali never had a fight there.

    What other fights took place there?

    Chavez vs Lockridge.
    McCallum vs Kalambay.
    Toney vs Dell'Aquila.
    Bunch of Matchroom fights.

    The dissipated interest from promoters I think is the reason we don't see major fights. Or just the money dried up.
