    100% correct they sure did but i think they put out feelers and realized that they needed a littile more to hype it to maximize $ so what better way then to use alverez as co main event or a compeating ppv with the winners squaring of in the fall seeing as how pacquiao dont want to play ball this is the next best thing imho

    If only there was some logical way to resolve this....

    I'm gonna go for Floyd vs Garcia and Canelo vs Cotto.

    I don't think they will go head to head on that May date, not a good idea there. Mayweather is the bigger draw but Avarez has become a proven draw himself. His venues draw big crowds and his fight with Lopez had one of Showtime's biggerst viewers shares in years.

    I think they would be better off fighting on sepreate dates but that May date is probably the most coveted of the year and if they both want a piece of that date than the most logical solution is to do a split site ppv and its a good way to promote a future Mayweather-Alvarez fight.

    Mayweather vs Guerrero & Alvarez vs. Cotto would be a great, great split site PPV... Or sell out Cowboys stadium with the card...

    Right now neither of those fights are fights that a lot of people are crazy about and most would complain about them being ppv. But, if you combine them than they become much more acceptable and that would actually be a very strong doubleheader.

    At this point....all of those options for Floyd are acceptable. Floyd has no problems with anyone of those guys based on their most recent performances. Brook has probably looked the best in consecutive fights but all of those guys are ranked fighters who are very good....Even K9...he's at the lower level and older but still a good, strong fighter.

    Damn I can't believe Floyd has the same ****ing short list of oppenents as Canelo.

    Who is zaurbek baysangurov? Would laff if that is who Floyd ends up fighting.

    THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT BOXING-INSIDER SAYS IS GOING DOWN I.E A CO-FEATHER ON MAY 4th TO
    BUILD UP/ HYPE A FALL FIGHT BETWEEN THE TWO WINNERS CAUSE IMHO THERE IS NO WAY THEY ARE GOING TO GO HEAD TO HEAD WITH PPV EVENTS I.E ON THE SAME NIGHT SO A CO FEATURE IS THE ONLY THING THAT MAKES $ & CENTS

    THE ONLY ? IN MY MIND IS IF THE OPPONENT POOL THEY ARE PICKING FROM IS REALLY EXCLUDED TO THESE 6 FIGHTERS THEN WHO GETS WHO I.E WHO DOSE ALVEREZ FIGHT AS THE CO-MAIN EVENT AND WHO DOSE MAYWEATHER FIGHT AS THE MAIN EVENT?
