    Lemme get this straight?

    GGG beats Lemiuex, Murray, Monroe
    Canelo beats Cotto and Kirkland
    Crawford beats jean and duhlorme
    Kovalev beats Pascal and Mohemeddi
    Bradley beats Vargas and Rios
Choclattio beats Viloria, Sosa and Leon

and.... ALL THESE fighters victories are better than pacquioa? Who is the fighter of the decade?

I hope you all see how lopsided and ridiculous this truly is. We all know if Pacquiao beat Mayweather what time it would have been.

I think Floyd would be the unanimous FOTY if he fought and beat Pacquiao and Bradley. That's 2 of the top 5 P4P fighters right there.

    Because TYSON FURY deserves it.

Fury is not an ATG like Manny-Pac were. They were seen as in the same tier. Therefore in ability, Fury-Klitschko is a big gulf in class.
Fury goes and fights a slow paced fight that suits Wladmir's game and age, and Fury beats him at his own game rather than winning the way the younger fighter traditionally wins. In doing this, Fury beat a guy undefeated in 20 fights, a whole decade, who had been THE dominant undisputed heavyweight long reigning champion. Fury also has a win against Hammer which isn't bad either.

Manny had been KTFO and over the hill by 5 years and was injured. Mayweather fought a FARCE and it left a sour taste in the mouth of even boxings superfans.

The Pac scalp's worth had been greatly diminished since KTFO6.

Pacquiao by it's self is better than a lot of all these fights combined

    Pacquiao > cotto + Kirkland
    Paquiao > Lemiuex, Murray, Monroe
    Paquiao > Cotto and Kirkland
    Pacquiao > jean and duhlorme
    Pacquiao > Pascal and Mohemeddi
    Pacquiao > Vargas and Rios
Pacquiao > Viloria, Sosa and Leon

...for one victory, in which he was favored, and which happened several years too late, after Pacquiao had shown very obvious signs of decline (KTFO6, clear deserved loss in Marquez III, a pair of razor-thin close fights with Bradley even though both should've been scored for him...) - and Berto? :blood

Fury is the easy choice for FOTY

IIRC, Floyd was always the slight favorite against Pacquiao.

No, he isn't - and for the same reason Mayweather isn't.

Victories over Pacquiao and Klitschko in 2015 are great, but not as great as they would've been just a few years earlier. Their secondary victories in the year add nothing of value.

    Chocolatito is the easy choice.

Not amongst at least relatively knowledgeable boxing fans (without an agenda). Dumb casuals thought Pacquiao was going to come in and put on a performance like he used to many years earlier.

Yeah he would have been the odds-on fave any time since it was first discussed, but his credibility for beating Pacquiao would've been tenfold more had it happened nearer the beginning of said timeline and not at the very end.

The furious one is the fighter of the year. Greatest fighter on the planet . let all them malnourished midgets like rmayweather fighting at baby weights rot. Gonzalez would be staring fury in the ***** if they had a fight .
