Oscar is one of the best fighters of all time, and probably he is a good guy with good heart in real life, but he went too far with protecting Canelo on the scorecards
I always wondered if he was on coke 24/7 or he was just an idiot. I never could actually stand oscar when he was a fighter. So perky, I hated him so much. I liked the part where he talks about timing. Timing your oponent is one of the hardest things to do in boxing. That's my opinion at least. I'm amazed whenever I see how easily can some profesional fighters do it.
Yes I agree and in many respects I reckon he only wants the best for Canelo in his determination to not have him robbed as he was,only he’s gone too far imo as the pattern is clear going back as far as Floyd there’s always been one dreadful card. My memories of Oscar was him getting robbed and taking it so well lol.
