I love boxing history, but hate boxing practice. I would not want any member of my family involved in it. "This is not what I want for my children". Chris Eubank.
I cant stand it when we are told that certain fighters are 'great' by so-called experts and ex-fighters, when in fact, we can see for ourselves the hype. Just because you or i havent been world champions doesnt necessarily mean that we dont know a great fighter or a fraud when we see one. Our opinion, if you follow the sport, is just as valid as an ex-pro/trainer/journalist. I dislike the lack of genuine world champions/challengers. The boxing politics. The ABC titles. Shite PPV cards etc... Then when i watch a classic fight with the likes of saad muhammad, danny lopez, Ali, the ballet of SRR, the toughness of Jake laMotta, the honest endeavours of guys like jofre, monzon, graziano and many more......it kinda erases all the **** that i dislike and reminds me why i love this great sport
20+ years & i'am still a willing junkie & the craving just gets worse I hate the dilution of title's & the natural evolution of TV/PPv companies now in effect controlling what we see/get + I hate my fight prediction record as i've lost a lot of ex-friends alot of money
