    selling off my boxing and wrestling magazine collecton,about 6,000 total mags from the 1920's to 2000.also other items for sale as well,wrestling mags from the 1950's and 1960's anyone intersted in buying any amount of mags or for information contact me on private message please

    do you have Ring's end of the 70s mag? Because that is one I highly recommend.

    Bigjake, if you can find the boxing magazine that details how Hector Camacho beat up Pernell Whitaker in sparring I will give you a $1000 for it :good

    I always thought the rumor was that Pernell got the best of Camacho in a sparring session that Manny Steward was looking over.

    give me some idea what year and i'll look for it,i don't want 1000 dollars but only a far price about 20 dollars plus shipping and handling

    90 percent of my collection is in plastic and packed away in magazines boxes a lot are like new only read once

    i have a decanter of muhammad ali and george chuvalo dated 1974 made by lionstone
    it seems it' depicts the 1972 fight in vancouver.i want 300 dollars for it

    Yeah that's what I've heard too (and have read personally in a couple of sources). But redrooster says he read a magazine once that said Whitaker got his ass handed to him and the sparring session needed to be stopped to protect Whitaker from further punishment. I'd like to read about it first hand. :good

    We're looking at around 1985-86 bigjake.

    I've asked around a bit and no one seems to be able to locate it. But I trust redrooster's word, so I'm still on the look out. :good

    igot a lot of mags from those years so i'll take a lot sometime and let you know.i don't remember it myself but then again i was into the heavies and a few lighter fighters like hearns,leonard,hagler,duran etc
