I think Chavez/Rosario is the best one sided fight I have ever seen. The only downer is that allegedly Rosario's Misses, made his child watch the entire fight from ringside.

 

Jerry Quarry-Thad Spencer. Jerry's performance against Buster Mathis may have been even more impressive, but JQ-Babe provides readily available footage. Jerry didn't need his chin too much in this one, as Thad was rarely able to find it, even with his handspeed. Perhaps JQ's most elusive defensive display on extant footage, something which many first time viewers are surprised he exhibits. A couple years later, Mac Foster was hitting him hard and often, early hints of a very premature decline.
