The three results I got say they come with a certificate of authenticity and have photos of him signing them as ''proof''.

 

I nearly bought something like this few years ago and the photos don't mean that much IMHO. Thats a photo of Leonard signing "a" pair of shorts.

I'm sure the guys running the business are honest but it would take more than a photo to convince me and why are all the feedbacks "private auctions"?

 

Whats a certificate of authenticity anyway? Sounds highly exploitable.

 

No chance I'd be willing to pay that kind of money on something that risky. I find it odd that you can get a poster signed by Cotto for a fiver but it's nearly 200 quid for Leonard's signature on a random pair of shorts. Obviously Leonard is a much bigger name, but I still find it suspicious.

 

I wouldn't buy any signed items from ebay. I'm sure there are some honest sellers on there, but the majority of signed items for sale on ebay are forgeries.

Things that come with a Certificate of authentication should have a unique authenticity code on the certificate and if you go onto the database and punch in the code (providing its real) it will come up!
