I suppose. If one were so inclined, it would be a piece of **** to track down most of the regular posters on the forum from the signatures on petitions in the past and such. That said, the majority of regular posters post because they love boxing, not because they want to spew out unfounded accusations.

I don't understand why Mr Warren is so tetchy anyway. Hennessey gets shitloads of stick on here and yet threads on him are never removed. Frank is widely seen as the best promoter in the land by a mile, but he regularly threatens ESB with legal action if anyone says anything against him.

Great way to kill off the remaining hardcore fans, Frank:good.

great work by warren and maloney talk about trying to kill of the sport of boxing.

so they want it that we cant say what we think they can **** off cause most of these promoters dont even give us the fights what we want.

this could only happen in boxing where there's a problem with people talking on a forum about there fave sport.

He has been to court more than 30 times over libel. Our libel laws are undoubtedly the shittest in the world - even Obama has gone out of his way to stop judgements in our courts being upheld in America because we are used by 'libel tourists' and - as it has done in boxing - it deters people from being critical.

And the main thing people need to realise. You don't have to write anything libellous or defamatory...someone can still sue you because they THINK it is, perhaps to shut you up. If they've got pots of money, it doesn't really affect them that much. If you're the man in the street, you're looking at a few grand simply to see off a spurious load of shite.
