The Ali (Clay)/Cooper think was resolved some years back by the Beeb. Ali's glove was not replaced and the gap between the round was roughly 70 seconds, so Ali got an extra 10 seconds or so. As for the Ali throwing his medal into a river; I think as has been mentioned, he actually lost it on the way back from Rome in the ship that he was on.
The first time I've heard about the train, where did you read that? I do know he was wearing the gold at his homecoming parade in Kentucky, but maybe he borrowed Skeeter McClure's medal for the day? :hey
Johnson was really hurt by Ketchel's right. He didn't spring right up, he took few seconds and looked clearly hurt when he was on the floor. I don't understand how you can watch that and not see that he was hurt.
I don't understand how you can watch it and not see that Johnson is carrying Ketchel picking him up twice and putting him on his feet when he wobbles him.Johnson was surprised ,after all it was a pre -- arranged go slow job ,but hurt ? No.
He was carrying Ketchel all fight long, I assume he just got over-confident and Ketchel took advantage of it.

Out of interest how do you explain the almost unbelievable turnaround in the Nelson - Fenech rematch as well as how Chandler almost overnight turned into a lounge on the ropes and barely throw a punch in an entire fight type guy? A guy who had soundly beat the excellent Gaby Canizales, who won his next 8 fights including a demolition of Sandoval who of course had prior beaten Chandler himself. It's anything but a simple styles thing. Chandler was no longer the same man, whatsoever for whatever reason.
Here's Stanley at the post-fight party, mixing his special 'punch'. This content is protected Meanwhile, after much head-scratching my Duran top 5: 1. Leonard 2. Barkley 3. Cerdan 4. Zale 5. Giardello
What's the latest (or final) word on that one? The last I read is that he won Round 3 of the Garves fight without actually 'landing' a punch.
