I think boxing is better with him.... he's controversial because of his behavior which is always good.. whether its good controversy or bad controversy...

it stirs up the pot and gives the people something to talk about

Absolutely not!!! He would be cherry picking like he allways does. We wouldnt see great fights if he comes back.

Boxing does not need him. But boxing is hurt whenever one of the best fighters in the world retires without facing people he could've fought. So boxing would be a better place if he came back.

Boxing doesn't need any ONE fighter... It will always survive.

No fighter is bigger than the sport but if stayed consistent and fought two or three times a year then yes, I would like to see him in the sport because I think he is an extraordinary fighter.

But at the moment all these rumours that he seems to be associated with are just pissing me off.

You're either retired or not, stop ****ing about.

    I vote "NO".
The last few years stretch with PBF as #1 P4P and top of the WW division did absolutely nothing for the sport, in fact it hampered the LW-WW-SW divisions. All this coming back does is annoy people and stagnate the divisions again.

I personally dispise Mayweather. However, when he was fighting, people who knew nothing about boxing would somehow know when he had a fight coming up. So I would have to vote yes. Well, it doesnt need him, but, he helped the sport get on the map even more.

It'll be good to see him back If he fights the best Op available. The early rumours aren't good though (Hatton rematch, or Pac). If you're a welterweight, fight a goddamn welterweight!!!
If he is just back for 'event' fights, all he's doing is tying up fighters who would otherwise be matching each other, and I'd rather he stayed retired.

Funny thing about haters....If Floyd comes out of retirement and fights Pac they will say that he ducked Margo, if he fights Hatton they will say he is ducking Pac, if he fights Margo he is ducking Cotto. If he stays retired then he is ducking everyone...THEN they say that boxing is better off without him??? It dont make any sense, but neither does hating on a fighter because your Mexican and he isnt:hey
