Hamed was and is an absolute ****.

I laughed my ass off when Barrera treated him like a rag doll.

He's also a midget. You could step on him without noticing if he wasn't so fat.

Besides losing to an Indonesian docker, Marquez's blatant refusal to fight Hamed will always be a great stain on whatever legacy it is that he has. Mind you, he wasn't alone in that department: Morales, Tapia and Barrera also ran away from a fight with Hamed during that period, with Barrera only agreeing to the fight after the Sanchez fight had revealed just how diminished Named was at that point.

  5. Cherrypicking, ducking boxers who make some arrogant show?? Are you sure we need more of them?

Love him or hate him Nas brought a lot of attention to the lower weight classes while he was active.

    He's a smug arrogant self righteous *****.

Don't cross the road when he's around either.

Over hyped, arrogant waste of space. Leaving people for dead after an accident you have caused is one of the lowest things you can do. Well beaten by MAB and then sulked his way into boxing obscurity. El terrible, JMM and several others would have battered him and he knew it so he retired a wealthy man who could remain over rated.

Give it a rest, son. Marquez lived in fear of Hamed. Turned down a career high purse against Hamed to fight some absolute no-hoper. Was fighting Hamed's leftovers for a vacant belt nearly a decade after Hamed had already dealt with him.

Now we've got a guy who takes a **** in the toilet and tapes it. Is this what boxing has become?
