If that's what you got from the article, then you're an idiot. If you didn't read the article, you're a ponce. Either way, you're wrong.
Your right, I have already said this couple a times, why stay at Heavyweight where the money isnt there, unless he wants to get his ass bounced all over the ring by Wlad again, in Germany. I have followed Byrd for many years now, other than Ruiz he was the most boos of a Heavyweight title holder at that time, his fighting style was boring, and his match with Golota was the only fight I thought that was exciting, becuase for once he let his hands go and gave the fans a fight, one he probably should of lost in the end, but instead it was declared a draw. I like Bryd for the most part, his wins over Tua and Vitali proved he can hang in there and win against big punchers. Bryd has made a great business and health conscious decision by moving down to light heavyweight, the man seems to be getting more attention now than he ever did as IBF Heavyweight champion, it's quite clear, he made the right decision all the way around.
If your read the entire article and thats what you got, you need to take that dictionnary and clear up that text. If u didn't read it, read it. I knew little about chris byrd, but now im eager to see his next fight.
whoa, hit a nerve? take a breath I never said he wasn't a nice guy. But in regarding to BOXING, what did I say that's incorrect?
Good classy guy, the speaks well and carries himself well outside the ring, the guy dosen't act like a thug, or talk that Ghetto B.S, OR get arrested for stupid ****:yep i wish there were more Chris Byrds in boxing..\ The guy is a damn good fighter also..
Byrd truly is one of the "nice guys" in boxing, a real credit to the sport in that respect. And, I'll you this, IF his campaign at LHW is successful, his historical status will really go up, and he'll probably be regarded as the best of the immediate post-Lewis era, along with the Klitschkos.
Chris Byrd is the ****. I've always been a fan of his. I like him, I for one am looking forward to his light HW debut.
I enjoyed watching him make Quitali miss over and over again, come on strong in the 9th round, and then seeing Brittley retire on his stool. "Bu, bu, but Vitali was winning on the cards. The loss doesn't count!" :rofl
