You have your timeline mixed up mate, easy mistake to make but I'll explain it to you now.

Crawford moved up to number 2, then after that Pacquiao was dropped from the rankings due to inactivity.

But you base who is Champion on a flawed ratings policy that removes SOME people who fighting the best in their division because they don't do it within a prescribed period of time ... but leaves others as champ for FOUR YEARS when they have moved on to other divisions ... and reward others who fight boxers who aren't even rated in the top 200 on boxrec simply for "keeping busy" with one extra fight during a pandemic.

So, no offense, what's the difference between you and anyone else?

Like I said, just another ratings organization who can't agree on who the champs are.

Crawford moved up in the rating after beating an unranked guy at the end of the year. Would he have passed up Manny if Manny fought and beat an unranked guy around the same time?

That's my point. Would a win over some unranked guy late last year have kept Manny at #2 where he was all year?

Is that all that was missing from you recognizing next month's Spence-Pac bout as a Title fight between #1 and #2? Manny taking one fight last year against any unrated welter - between stopping Thurman and his 12-year undefeated run and taking on the #1 Spence next month?

Good. All these belts are using up precious resources. It's very environmental to support one champion.

We'll never know, because he didn't.

What we do know, is that Crawford moved ahead of Pacquiao, and then Pacquiao was dropped from the rankings due to inactivity.

    Fine. Switch you to them.

Is that all that's missing from them recognizing Spence-Pac as a World Title fight ... Manny didn't fight some unrated welter late last year and Crawford did?

    That's it?

    No. Two things are missing.

    1) Spence and Crawford are the top two ranked guys

    2) Pacquiao is unranked due to inactivity.

You've actually had a board member explain to you these things, I don't understand why you would then ask someone else.

Well, we can certainly tell that Hunter didn't move down in the ratings when he fought a no-name heavyweight to keep busy last year. And Bud didn't drop in the ratings when he fought an unrated welter last year.

So, you kind of do know the answer. Don't you? (LOL)

If Manny had fought and beat some nobody before December last year, he'd have been "active" and he wouldn't have gone anywhere from being rated #2.

If I knew the answer, I'd say what the answer was.

You've had a board member respond to you. There's no ambiguity here.

    I asked. They weren't answered.

Would Pac still be at #2 (where he was until November) if he'd fought any welterweight and won last year ... since Bud didn't beat any ranked welters to pass him up? And no welters in the top 10 beat anyone in the top 10 either to pass him up.

Who is the Board member? The guy posting WBA ratings?

    There's a lot of ambiguity.

Would Pac still be at #2 if he'd faced one unrated welter last year like Bud did? It's a simple question.

Because Crawford only fought once. And he got bumped up as soon as he did. And Pac would've qualified as being "active."

    McGrain is the board member.

Pacquiao was classed as active until he was stripped from the rankings for being inactive. This was after Crawford has moved up to number 2.

Im sure I've already said this before.

You seem to keep repeating yourself. Your 'dream' is not going to happen in boxing, maybe UFC is more suitable for you or another franchised sport.

Not answering the question and just repeating the same answer is talking in circles. If you have to talk in circles about this it's clear you know the answer to my question.

I know Crawford moved up to #2 and Manny was dropped to #3 after Crawford faced one unranked fighter last year and Manny didn't fight anyone.

I am asking if Pac had particpated in ONE fight late last year, too, against ANYONE would he have been passed up?

Because NOBODY rated below Pac as of November 2020 (including Crawford) beat anyone in the top 10.

And the BOARD members aren't responding because the answer is YES, he'd still be there.

One nonsensical fight against a nobody welterweight by Manny last year and the Transnational Board would've recognized next months' fight as World Welterweight Title fight.
