Hey all, just started training again for boxing after a few years of just strength training. Basically i want to know what sort of diet is best for the boxer. When should i eat what macro's? and what to do with peri-workout nutrition. I'm not trying to drop or gain weight, just being able to put the most into my training and get the most out of conditioning work, recovering adequately. Cheers macca.

any recommendations pre and post training? atm I'm just having a meal of protein and carbs about 45 minutes before training and a protein shakes straight after, then another protein meal about 1 hour later. Would i benefit from having carb's after training?
