Cool. Too bad my wife's watching some Richard Gere love story on the big screen TV....................I might have to watch it in another room.
Yeah I saw in on the Comcast planner and am seriously thinking about skipping it tonight. Fight mentioned is Fernando Beltran vs. Miguel Roman at featherweight, I can't say I've heard of either of them.
Here's the whole card: Fernando Beltran Jr. vs. Miguel Roman, 12 rounds, featherweights; Ruslan Provodnikov vs. Esteban Almaraz, 8 rounds, junior welterweights; Demetrius Andrade vs. Arnulfo Javier Romero, 4 rounds, junior middleweights; Ji-Hoon Kim vs. David Torres, 8 rounds, lightweights; Oscar Gonzalez vs. Robert Luna Jr., 4 rounds, welterweights; Rocky Rubaldino vs. James Dubois, 6 rounds, lightweights; Issac Guzman vs. Rodolfo Gomez, 4 rounds, welterweights http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?page=boxing/schedule/index
Everyone should tune in early just to get a look at Andrade. He was on FNF two weeks ago and really impressed (albeit against a tomato can).
It's really WAY too early to tell. He has a great pedigree, of course, but boxing history is riddled with amateur standouts who flopped as pros. At the level of opposition he's fighting now, it's really hard to make any judgments. I will say this, though - he's doing what he should be doing with them - disposing of them quickly.
