Boxing on the outside

    I love boxing on the outside throwing quick combos then moving. Can anyone give me tips on fighting on the outside avoiding ther punches.

    Jab, jab, and jab. Practice entire rounds with only the jab.

    Head movement.

    Foot movement.

    Ring generalship. Move him where you want to move him.

    Boxing on the outside is cool if it is not raining. If it is raining the rain will get in your eyes and make it hard to see

    If it rains you shoul not train, best to stay in doors so you dont get sick...

    watch their shoulders, they can't throw a punch w/out moving their shoulders. that might give u a lil quicker of an idea to counter what they're throwing or just to get outta the way
