One-liners from famous boxers, or just about boxing.

“Shakespeare? I ain’t never hoid of him. He’s not in no ratings. I suppose he’s one of them foreign heavyweights. They’re all lousy. Sure as hell I’ll moider dat bum.”—Tony Galento
    (found on http://www.boxing.com/tony_galento_vs._joe_louis_1939_ill_moider_da_bum.html)

"That girl is all skull and no brains. She's like Frazier with lipstick." - George Foreman

One time a news reported asked Foreman why he named all his kids 'George', he replied "Get hit in the head for a living and see how many names you can come up with."

Similar to the thread on boxing's best quotes started by @Saintpat (https://www.boxingforum24.com/threads/best-fighter-quotes.647827/page-3#post-20423053) but this is more for one-liners/jokes than quotes.

When Howard Cosell accused Muhammad Ali of being truculent:

“Whatever truculent means, if it’s good I’m that.”

Good topic. And thanks for the shoutout.

I’ll add another. I think it was when Lloyd Honeyghan was getting taken apart by Marlon Starling. His corner ran out of answers. Their advice between rounds at some point:

    “Just make yourself scarce, Lloyd!!!”

Easier said than done. He could run but he could not hide.
