Id love to see a boxing organization/network/ligue/tornament that tennis has. Youre injured, dont have a visa or watever. Too bad next guy in line steps in. Each tornament entry is sold and used for prizes. You get to buy in in order of global ranking. That would cut so much of the false ranking, eliminate ducking, champions sitting on belts. You would have belts, like trophies for tornament winners and a global one for a real world champs. You cant have fighters do up to 5 matches in a weekend like tenis players do. But you can make more tornaments. Fixed dates and venues would translate to gold. Multiply that by weight class, thats many boxing tournaments per week. Add to that a scoring system for a chalenge based sub system. We would have boxing all around, no ducking or hype created events. And a trully professional sport
I would love to see fair fights where one promoter does not own the referee, judges, boxing commission, everything, let both fighters fight by the rules, unlike Kovalev/SOB fight............
