Mosley is the number 1 Welterweight, and how has Pacquaio not fought anyone at Welterweight? He's fought twice inside the 147 limit.

Paul williams isnt the 2nd best because Paul slid back a bit lossing to Quintana then moving up in weight etc.... and his recent outting against Martinez also didnt do him any favors cus he didnt really win that fight and Martinez is a guy who was knocked out By Margarito a guy that Williams got a narrow decison against.

and Why is Paul too big to be a welter, he isnt if he can make the weight, but for about 18 months the Floyd boys started saying stupid **** like Margarito is too big to be a welter and should fight at a higher weight etc.... so if Margarito is too big then Paul clearly is......
