Anybody who actually takes the time to watch him can see how good he is. But the people on here are can only see 1/10th of his resume as that's what's available on Boxrec, and don't realize how good some of the guys he has fought are, or how close those fights were.
Surprised so called boxing fans aren't aware of how inaccurate boxrec is for the amateurs. I just watched a few of his fights and he is remarkably strong for his weight/age he pretty much beat his Russian opponent entirely in the clinch.
Nobody at my current gym has a BoxRec lol. And if you look at BoxRec's amateur rankings, they claim there are only 11 amateurs in all of Japan.
I think Emiliano Vargas is going to be something special. Hes got his dads style but with his own twist. I think hes the more talented brother of the 3.
This content is protected Jude Gallagher (northern ireland) looked exceptional at the commonwealth games. Age 20.
they are meaningless competitions commonwealth games are weak too( but better than those) but he couldnt even get past the early stages, lost to a 19 year old Callum Peters whos a better talent.. who himself then lost to the talented young scot Sam Hickey.
One of my friends beat the hell out of him in sparring and called him out to fight and Vargas wants nothing to do with it. Not a good sign. Jonathan La Mermelada Guevara.
The Russian in the last Olympics who beat our guy in the gold medal round will be good and the Brazilian will be good. Hebert Souza & Albert Batyrgaziev
