Boxing programmes/schemes in prison

    Hi guys just wondered if anyone is in the know about the boxing programmes they have in UK prisons, do they have outside people coming in or is it just a self training thing ?

    they do a boxercise class in Wandsworth, or at least they used to. The Ingles often visit prisons, although i'm not sure which 1's
