    The promoters were ****ing the sport up until as recently as five years ago then the UFC sorted that **** out , in general gone are the days of a promoter having one of his charges fight for a portion of a title then have him defend it for ever and a day against blokes who if we are being honest here had none or very little right being in the ring with said fragment title holders ,

    I know some fights are just destain never to take place but we are a lot better off these days than we were half a decade ago and this is down to the fact that for years these promoters had a free hand but realised that times were changing , UFC and economic decline put a rocket up their arse and that changed things for the better from a fans perspective imo .
