Boxing Speed Bag Gloves

    Nope, I just use my wraps on the speed bag, though I don't know why you would use speed bag gloves on the heavy bag either.

    This, when at the gym.

    At home I typically don't use gloves or wraps on my speed or double end bag.

    I have some Ringside Super Bag gloves I use for heavy bag and some Evertrash 16oz I use for sparring.
