Boxing stances

    Just a general question

    When I stand to square up, I find I naturally stand in a southpaw stance even though I am right handed, I have to fight with my body's(instinct) to shape an Orthodox stance. Is that normal,odd...etc...

    thats not odd ,a lot of fighters(de la hoya, cotto) are leftys and fight orthodox, you just need to find the most comfortable position that best suits you.

    You its perfectly normal mate - im left handed all in all things, but am orthodox as a boxer. Its not super common.. but still normal.
