Any other styles I have missed?
Any particular boxer that would best represent each style?
And if your answer is unorthodox, who's the boxer you are referring to?

You forgot in-fighter, and there is a difference between an out-fighter and a boxer...there are a few more you forgot that I can't think of atm...

...oh yeah, there is also a difference between a brawler and a slugger...

Here is the Ring top 5 p4p, and an example of what style they are...

Pacquiao - In between Boxer/puncher and slugger
    Martinez - Boxer/puncher
    Donaire - Boxer/puncher
    Marquez - Counter puncher/boxer
Wonjongkam - Not sure...never seen him fight

Martinez is more like unorthodox and the HBO crew described him as a ambush fighter.

Martinez is a southpaw so he isnt orthodox but when un-orthodox fighters are mentioned they're usually talking about Nazeem Hamed and fighters like him. The HBO crew calling him a ambush fighter is ******ed he planned and set up everything he did in his last fight against Dzin it started with taking his confidence away with out-jabbing the man known for his jab to eventually finishing him off, a ambush suggest taking someone by surprise with something they dont expect that never happened Martinez had complete control over that fight he didn't Mogua any Greybeard.

No, an ambush fighter is an in-and-out fighter, similar to Pascal and Pacquiao. I'm not sure I'd call it a style by itself but its a way to describe fighters that erratically come in, get their shots in, and then speed out, and repeat the process, relying on athletic ability and a control of distance, being difficult to time or control.

There are a bunch missing; swarmer, in-fighter, out-fighter, slugger. I like them all, depending on the individual.

Well id think a ambush fighter which is new to me would be a fighter that feints often takes advantage of any weakness, plays possum when the opportunity arises and such ...To be honest I dont think anyone's a so called ambush fighter ..or a Guerrilla warfare fighter for that matter.

...That's just a fighter that who comes in throws a flurry of punches and shoots back before he gets countered I wouldn't call that a fighting style.

It all depends on how in-depth you actually want to go as most top-tier boxers will fall into multiple categories according to their opponent and strategy. You basically would end up with creating a more and more specific category before you end up with something along the lines of an "in-fighting outfighter brawling on the counter when swarming from the orthodox stance only when (s)he isn't in the unorthodox stance as a technical boxer-puncher".

Keep it simple and just use the old-fashioned threeway:

    In-fighter
    Out-fighter
    Brawler
