I want to try that. Do you get whacked in the face by the tennis ball ever?

Nice, seen Kostya do it as well. We do a few tennis ball drills as well at the gym, one where you need to bounce it with the right and practice footwork in the meantime, and another where we simply shadowbox but the tennis ball needs to be between your right hand and your face. Not sure if the description made sense.

I think thats an amazing idea, the other day I was thinking.... What if, instead of everything been straight - you could make a curve. And from that curve- if you made the angle acute enough you could make something almost circular. Once this circular device was rolled it would continue until gravity made it slow- but surely this would allow it to roll for longer? I think I will call this invention a veel or something like that?

    What do you guys think?

  10. Looks like a great tool, i havent seen anyone but Kostya doing that, which is strange.

My new coach is crazy about tennis ball drills. The footwork one where you have to dribble the ball with your right hand while moving around is fun. If you drop the ball you have to do 10 pushups, but being the childish brats most of us are that makes it a sport to dribble past someone and slap his ball away :D
