Boxing technique without professional boxing?

    Super tough and unforgiving sport. It’s interesting how people are prone to critique and disrespect the lesser lights of the sport - but really, it’s not that they’re so bad and they do provide as the fabric of the sport - literally accomodating the learning and development of superior fighters on their way to the top.

    That most don’t make it is normal and to be expected. It’s more apt to celebrate the fighters who do rise to the top and those again who manage to stay there - besides skill, it takes special and uncommon character to achieve that.

    So true but also having a good manager is vital.
    Getting matched hard when you are starting out can either break or make a fighter but most times it breaks them.
