    Lara´s best chance is to get to Wood in the first 4 rounds, which he can easily do. Both Conlan and Xu landed a lot of clean blows early, and of different variety. Problem for Wood is that Lara hits way harder than those two.
    But I expect Wood to persevere and break down Lara with pressure and accurate body punching.

    Wood always comes in looking way bigger than his opponents. He can keep this fight long and beat Lara on points if he plays it smart, Warrington can’t fight like that. I’m just not sure how much that fight with conlan has taken out of wood. Head says wood ud but wouldn’t be surprised if he got clipped and stopped

    So just watched both guys for the first time. Not really impressed with either guy, and see this as a very competitive matchup.



    Will go with Lara.

    Wont be surprised at all if Wood wins though.

    Just rewatched wood vs conlan and Lara vs Warrington.

    first couple of rounds Warrington was bouncing big shots off Lara’s head with no effect.
    Wood was getting tagged by conlan a lot.

    still think if wood and his team have done their homework then they can win via ud / late stoppage. If not and he goes in toe to toe then wood gets parked up

    In Wood's defense, he hits a lot harder than Josh. Would Lara be able to take that many clean shots from him? He wasn't landing clean all that often on Conlan, but when he did, he had an effect.

    If I were Wood, I'd keep an air tight high guard and target the **** out of Lara's body. He's there for the taking. That third round, he was in dire straits. Quite frankly, he had no pulled the time buying trick with the ref, he'd have probably been KO'd.
