I think something needs to be done about the growing tradition of referees shouting weird catchphrases before fights. Referees should not be marketing themselves...

Don't see anything wrong with t-shirts, national anthems need to go and every fight should have 3 judges by now.

It seems to me that a lot of boxing shows, particularly in this country are very old fashioned, shows from the likes of Fwank and Maloney are exactly the same as they've been for years. Sky have improved their presentation recently but if I didn't know anything about boxing and saw Smith and Nelson on TV I'd switch over. As for BoxNation it looks like something from the 90s. HBO have the same problem, 2 dinosaurs on commentary and their presentation looks old compared to Showtime now.
