Can anyone tell me a lil more about these trainers:

    Emanuel Steward
    Freddie Roach
    Floyd Mayweather Sr
    Brother Nazim Richardson
    Buddy McGirt
    Nacho Beristain

Such as: As trainers, what are their strong points?
What skills do they try to develop within their fighters?
And a few examples of well known boxers they have trained?

    Thnx in advance..

Because of the lack of responses I will do the best I can, although I'm sure others know a lot more than me.

Steward - known for training Hearns and recently Lewis and Klitschko. All these boxers were tall for their weight classes and also pretty dominant. Took on Lewis and Klitschko late and helped them use their physical advantages to dominate with ease where before they had room for improvement. Like fighters to work off the jab.

Freddie Roach - Obviously known for Pacquiao and recently Khan. Has also trained Toney, de la Hoya, Tyson and others (although not for long periods). A strategic coach who spots weaknesses in both his boxers and opponents. Manages to improve his boxers flaws (see Pac's right hand and Khan's defence and movement) while not affecting their strengths.

Big Floyd - Trained Lil' Floyd in his younger days and also recently Guzman and Hatton (with disasterous effects). Likes sound fundamentals, mainly defence and head movement. Floyd is moulded in his image and is the ultimate product of Big Floyd's genius. Very charismatic.

Brother Naz - Man of the moment, training Mosley and Hopkins to dominant wins over heavy favourites Pavlik and Margarito. Both boxers won with ease, partly due to Naz's game plan and partly due to their far superior technique, hand speed and intelligence. Great motivator and legendary corner talk.

Don't know much about Buddy and Nacho (who trained the Marquez brothers)

I can tell you this there is not one single fighter that Roach has brought up from the ground up, all the fighters he has gotten to the top have previous trainers who got them to that point.... in other words Roach gets all the credit for only doing half the work

I was thinking about that the other day.

Has Roach ever molded a fighter from the beginning or does he just take on someone once he sees they have talent?
I cant think of anyone he trained from the ground up.....

Nacho has trained legendary fighters such as Daniel Zaragoza and i believe he has trained 20 something world champions.
His best project so far has been JMM IMO and Rafa Marquez.
He is also now training Arce who i dont think bodes well with Beristain. 2 diff styles.
He used to train Abner Mares but they split which we have yet to see if it was a smart decision on Mares part.

If people didnt know he is actually working with Finito Lopez's son who shows great promise. From what i have seen it he looks to be a future champ and possibly one of his best fighters.

Nope he has not, you could argue Ola Afolabi but the truth is Freddy didnt start working with him until he signed to fight Enzo Mac, Ola just had natural talent and was trained by Maca Foley until Maca left the gym then he pretty much worked with a guy named Eric Brown who is under the radar as a trainer but is a key player at Wild card.

Another good trainer down here in southern california is a guy named Fausto De La Torre he usally trains amateurs but works with pros as well and does not take a single dime from them at all. in fact he brought Vanes up until the point in which he was set to go to the Olympics then the father of Vanes decided to get with Roach.

Regardless, he has been the go-to guy for a lot of fighters and I can see both Khan and Rigondeaux having him for most of their pro careers. There is also Benavidez Jr.

Emanuel Steward - Great trainer, usually trains tall guys to avoid inside fighting and effectively use height and power.

Freddie Roach - Trains Pacman, knows some stuff, but lacks passion when working the corner. Not to be confused with actor Jonathan Lipnicky

Floyd Mayweather Sr - Some ****** who teaches meaningless choreographed pad routines, not to be confused with his brother who is also ******ed and also teaches choreographed pad routines.

Brother Nazim Richardson - The brilliant strategist who works with old man Hopkins and now old man Mosley.

Buddy McGirt - Great guy but if he's in your corner your going to lose, here have a sip of of water.

    Nacho Beristain - Speaks spanish.

Well Roach has been with Pac throughout all his greatest wins, so thats whats counts.

On a side note if anyone knows. as i don't know myself. What trainers have taken a fighter from young and taken them right to the top as the best?

Freddie Roach may not be that type of trainer or has chosen not to be that type of trainer. But he is definitely good at improving an already good fighter, and there is a need for those types of trainers. I agree, he should not get all the credit. Every trainer in a fighter's career deserves the proper credit that's due to them.
